Special Shipping Terms

• Standard shipping via freight company is included in the price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the time of order. Unless otherwise instructed by the vendor, delivery and in-home professional installation will occur on separate days.
• Within 5 business days of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from the vendor with tracking information so you can track your order. Please allow at least 10 days before tracking your order. This e-mail will also include the name and phone number of your local installer.
• Please include a daytime phone number with your order so our freight company can schedule your delivery. Two men will accompany the shipment to remove the crated pool table and/or furniture from the truck and place it in your garage or appropriate covered area. Once your pool table has been delivered, it is your responsibility to call and schedule an installation appointment with our pool table installation team. Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days lead time for your scheduled installation appointment.
• Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the Member.
• Delivery does not include disposal of packaging.
• Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

We regret that this item cannot be returned to a BJ's Club. This item may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund.
